The Maui County Fair doesn’t happen by itself — it happens because our community shows up. It takes hundreds of helping hands to bring the Fair to life, and we’re looking for volunteers who are ready to jump in and help before, during, and after the Fair.
There are all kinds of jobs — big, small, organized, and sometimes just plain odd! From setting up and moving supplies to decorating, assisting guests, supporting activities, helping behind the scenes, cleaning up, breaking down, and tackling whatever needs to get done, there is a place for everyone to help.
You don’t need special experience. Bring your time, your energy, and your willingness to pitch in. Help Us Make the Fair HappenVolunteer for a few hours, a day, or whenever you’re available. Individuals, families, businesses, clubs, schools, teams, and community organizations are all welcome.
Before the Fair: Help us build, organize, prepare, decorate, move, sort, and get the grounds ready.
During the Fair: Help welcome our community, support activities and exhibits, assist behind the scenes, and keep everything moving.
After the Fair: Help us break down, clean up, pack, organize, and put everything away until next year.
