The Maui County Fair invites local non-profit organizations to participate as food vendors at the 2026 Maui County Fair, a cherished community tradition celebrating culture, family, and the spirit of aloha. This is a unique opportunity for non-profit groups to raise funds and awareness for their causes while contributing to one of Maui’s most anticipated annual events.
As a non-profit food vendor, your organization will have the chance to showcase delicious local flavors, engage with the community, and support the vibrant atmosphere of the fair. Limited vendor spaces are available and will be awarded based on the quality of the proposed menu, price, operational readiness, and the organization’s commitment to community service.

We encourage all that are interested to apply early and join us in making the 2026 Maui County Fair a memorable and meaningful experience for all! Preference will be given to Maui-based vendors and/or those featuring Maui-made products. Exhibit space is reserved and assigned by the P&S Committee. Therefore, receipt of your completed and signed agreement/Booth Reservation Form. Final notification is made by the P&S Committee. Be advised that preference will be given to Maui based businesses.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. A copy of your GET License will be required for upload as part of this application.
