The Maui County Fair is a celebration of community, culture, and aloha. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all attendees, vendors, volunteers, and participants are expected to follow these guidelines.
Code of Conduct
All guests must behave respectfully toward others.
Harassment, violence, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow event staff directions may result in removal without refund.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Attendance at the Maui County Fair is voluntary and at your own risk.
By entering, you acknowledge the potential risks inherent in public gatherings, including personal injury, illness (including communicable diseases), property damage, or theft.
You hereby waive and release the Maui County Fair, its organizers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and the County of Maui from any and all liability for claims, damages, or losses of any kind arising from your attendance.
Media Release
The Fair may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
By entering, you grant permission for your likeness, voice, and/or image to be used in promotional, advertising, or other media materials in perpetuity, without compensation.
Agreement • Entry to the Maui County Fair constitutes your acceptance of these terms. • If you do not agree, you should not enter the Fairgrounds.
“No List” — Prohibited Items & Activities To keep the event safe, fun, and family-friendly, the following are not permitted on the fairgrounds: Prohibited Items
Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, tasers, pepper spray, etc.)
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Alcoholic beverages (unless purchased in designated areas)
Outside food, drinks, coolers, or glass containers
Fireworks, explosives, or flammable materials
Pets or animals (service animals with proper identification are welcome)
Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or rollerblades
Large umbrellas, tents, or items that block views
Drones or remote-controlled devices
Prohibited Behaviors
Smoking or vaping outside of designated areas
Soliciting, fundraising, or unauthorized vending
Disruptive, unsafe, or disorderly conduct
Unauthorized performances, amplified sound, or demonstrations
Climbing on rides, fences, or restricted structures
Safety Notes
All persons and bags are subject to search.
Entry constitutes consent to search.
Security reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with policies.
Prohibited items will not be stored or held by staff; guests must return them to their vehicle or dispose of them at the entry gate.
Security and management reserve the right to use discretion in determining whether an item or behavior poses a risk to the safety or comfort of others.

No Re-Entry Policy
Once you exit the fairgrounds, re-entry is not permitted without a new admission ticket.
Plan accordingly before leaving the gates.
Exceptions may be made only at the discretion of Fair Management and Security.
Tickets Are Non-Refundable
Admission is valid for one entry only.
No refunds or exchanges due to weather or other conditions.
Lost, stolen, or unused tickets will not be replaced.
Notice to Guests
Entry to the Fairgrounds is at your own risk.
The Maui County Fair Association, the County of Maui, and their agents are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
By entering, you agree to comply with all event policies and safety instructions.
Security Notice
The fairgrounds are monitored by 24-hour surveillance.
Entry constitutes consent to search and to being recorded for security purposes.
